When I moved to Central Oregon back in 1993 it was a dream come true! In 1996,  my wife and I purchased land and built their first house on a tight budget. That entire process was so rewarding; stress-free and fulfilling! It was that early purchase and construction project which developed my love for the ways in which real estate interacts with our lives in such a significant way.
